Our Story
Welcome to Wuffs & Puffs, based in Nantwich, Cheshire. ​We cover Nantwich and surrounding areas.
We are a small specialist Pet Sitting company run and managed by Amanda and John. We have been pet owners for many years and currently have two standard poodle boys and two lovely kitties as part of our family.
Over our 30+ years of being pet parents we have been fortunate to use many great sitters (and some we wouldn't recommend) but we are increasingly finding that we are back to searching as sitters leave the market or our preferred one is full for the next year. This is where Wuffs & Puffs come in, we are building a small team of sitters, all personally vetted, trained and supported by us to offer more flexibility and availability for you.
How does it work?
All bookings and payments are handled by Amanda & John, we will check our availability for you and arrange a free meet and greet so we can meet your beloved pets and understand what your needs are.

We will introduce you to the sitter* that will be looking after your pets before each sit. This can be in person, a video call or a trial / get to know you visit.

When you are away you will get regular updates from the sitter and we will also be on hand to support if needed
​
* depending on the details of the sit and duration we may cover this with more than 1 sitter, we will agree this with you in advance so you always know who is in your house and with your pets
The official bit
Wuffs and Puffs Ltd is a registered company (reg 15623566). Amanda is the director.

All our sitting team are fully basic DBS checked and insured for Pet Sitting and Dog Walking. We are happy to show you evidence of this.
​
All our sitting team hold up to date Pet First Aid certification.
​
Our sitting team are fully vetted by us before they can fulfil a booking for us. We also encourage and support their personal development and everyone goes through training with us.
